Shipping policy

At Centered Sage, we take great care in packing and shipping each item so it arrives safely and beautifully. Below is our full shipping policy for all orders placed through CenteredSage.com.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
This does not include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales, restocks), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated using flat-rate profiles based on the type of product purchased.

Full-Size Besoms (60″ boxes)

• Flat rate: $21.95
• Free shipping on orders $150+

Mini Besoms (24–30″ boxes)

• Included within Small Goods Rate (see below) or as configured in your cart
• Free shipping on orders $150+

Small Goods

(Candles, Whisks, Simmer Pot Blends, Energetic Mists, Accessories)
• Flat rate: $11.95
• Free shipping on orders $150+

If your cart contains items from multiple categories, Shopify automatically combines them and applies the best available shipping rate. Orders totaling $150 or more always qualify for free shipping within the United States.


Shipping Methods

We ship primarily through USPS and UPS.

Typical transit times (after your order has shipped):

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or appears stuck, please email us at Hello@CenteredSage.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Centered Sage is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If this occurs:

  1. Confirm the address on your order
  2. Check with neighbors or household members
  3. Contact your local USPS/UPS office with your tracking number

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the damaged item
  • the inside packaging
  • the outside box

We will work with you quickly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, Centered Sage ships only within the United States.
